 CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENTS (CSA)

Is your equipment always available when you need it? If not you should consider a Walker Customer Service Agreement. A CSA can minimize maintenance costs by placing a variety of service duties into the expert hands of Walker’s technicians – allowing you to attend to the many other aspects of your agriculture business. We’re here to help you determine the best strategy to maximize productivity and minimize costs for both your Cat and non-Cat equipment.

SOS SERVICES

Fuel Analysis helps check for water, dirt, and bacterial contamination in your diesel fuel that could affect the performance of fuel system components and cause premature failure. Testing can help identify potential causes for fuel filter plugging, smoking, loss of power, poor injector performance and much more. Wear metal and oil additive analysis identifies the presence of engine oil in the fuel system. It is important to determine the condition of your diesel fuel to help maintain your equipment’s performance and to keep productivity at a max.
