the FIVE CONDITION MONITORING ELEMENTS:

In order to produce the best results, our specialist at Walker will analyze five different elements that affect your machine the most.

1. FLUID ANALYSIS

Using sophisticated analytical technology, experienced technicians will perform testing on oil, coolant and fuel samples that have been taken regularly resulting in easy-to-understand reports and recommendations.

2. ELECTRIONIC EQUIPMENT DATA

Using superior technologies, like Product Link, Walker and yourself can wirelessly monitor all of your machines 24/7 – providing you with the most up-to-date information and analysis of your machine’s condition – maximizing up time, reducing operating cost, and improving logistics.

3. MACHINE HISTORY

In order to understand the current condition of your machine, we will have to look into the history of your machine. Figuring out your equipment’s past will help us determine its future.

4. MACHINE INSPECTION

Walker has several certified equipment inspectors on hand to preform different visual and operational assessments of your equipment. Mention you would like your team trained on what to look for or how to perform these inspections and we can include them in your Customer Support Agreement.

5. SITE CONDITIONS

An assessment that helps evaluate a number of factors that could affect your long-term equipment health, including operation and maintenance practices, local site conditions and overall climate/seasonal conditions.
